The Future of Flight and Boeing Tour are located in Everett, half an hour north of Seattle. The Aviation Center is open daily during the summer from 8am to 7pm, and the Boeing Tour runs daily between 8:30am and 5pm.
Visit the Future of Flight Aviation Center to learn about the design and materials of Boeing planes, the mechanics of how jet engines and landing mechanisms work, and the experience pilots have in the cockpit. You can also see how the passenger experience is engineered and see scale-models of Boeing planes!
Also be sure to take a Boeing Tour while at the Future of Flight. On the tour, you can see Boeing 747, 777, and 787 Dreamliners being assembled in the largest building in the world by volume! It’s amazing to see these humongous planes broken down into their wings, noses, and fuselages and observing how they fit together.
After all this, you can continue on to the Strato deck to watch the planes you just saw in production landing and taking off! It’s truly amazing to see how these gigantic machines are made!
