Glassblowing on the Seattle Center Monorail Platform
The Monorail and The Seattle Glassblowing Studio are combining forces for a fun-filled weekend in October featuring a Monorail Glass Pass!
Your pass entitles you to blow glass with the help of a professional glassblower from Seattle Glassblowing Studio on the Monorail platform & one roundtrip ticket for the Monorail. You will be able to make a glass pumpkin or ornament that is yours to keep once it’s cool. Once you have registered, we will send an email about your Monorail roundtrip ticket pick-up.
Visit the Seattle Center Monorail Station platform next to the Space Needle (305 Harrison Street) on both Saturday and Sunday, October 20-21 from 10:00am-5:00pm to watch or participate in glassblowing, browse through the pumpkin patch of beautiful glass pumpkins, chat with the glassblowers and of course, ride the Monorail. If you are interesting in blowing glass, please be sure to register and reserve your spot using the link below.
The Seattle Glassblowing Studio has lived happily next to the Monorail route for the past 27 years. Open to the public seven days a week, the Studio offers live glassblowing, classes, events and a Glass Art Gallery.
