This Week’s #MonorailMust: Serious Pie!

Serious Pie is a Tom Douglas Pizza Parlor, and they are not kidding around with their pizza. This thin-crust, delicious pizza is made with artisan ingredients and baked in a 600 degree stone-encased applewood-burning oven. This pie lives up to the title of “serious” and is yet another Seattle restaurant where Tom Douglas overdoes himself with delicious food.
Our favorite pie is Yukon Gold Potato Pizza. We’d highly recommend checking it out!
